Betta bellica is a slender bubble-nesting labyrinth fish recorded from Malaysia and Indonesia. Forest swamps and associated blackwater streams provide its shaded habitat. This wild-caught pair offer does not establish a collecting locality or guarantee spawning.
Species-reference aquarium guidance gives 25-30 C, pH 4-7 and 1-5 dGH. Provide established gentle filtration, shaded shelter and a covered aquarium with air access above the surface.
