FAQ
How do I become an approved importer?
Create an account through the registration page and provide your company details, country, business type, and contact information. Our team reviews importer applications before catalog access is approved.
Is Mariola Bali a retail shop?
No. Mariola Bali is a B2B export platform for verified importers, wholesalers, specialist retailers, public aquariums, and professional livestock buyers. We do not operate as a consumer retail checkout.
What products do you export?
We export marine fish, corals, marine invertebrates, freshwater fish, and selected freshwater invertebrates. Availability changes based on season, collection, holding stock, permits, and shipment timing.
Can I see prices online?
Approved importers can access catalog details and submit inquiry carts. Final pricing and availability are confirmed by our team before shipment because live export orders depend on stock condition, quantity, routing, documentation, and packing requirements.
Do you ship corals and CITES-listed species?
Yes, where legally permitted and properly documented. CITES-listed items are exported only with the required permits and according to applicable Indonesian export regulations and destination-country requirements.
Where do shipments depart from?
Most shipments depart from Bali, Indonesia, through Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Routing depends on airline schedules, cargo availability, destination rules, and shipment size.
How are animals packed?
Animals are packed in insulated export boxes with oxygen, clean water, and species-appropriate packing density. Packing is adjusted for fish, corals, invertebrates, transit time, and temperature conditions.
Who handles import clearance?
The importer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, veterinary inspection, broker coordination, and receiving the shipment at destination. Mariola Bali provides export documents from Indonesia as required for the shipment.
What payment terms are available?
Payment terms are confirmed during the inquiry process. Most shipments require payment before export unless separate terms have been agreed in writing.
What happens if there is DOA?
Any dead-on-arrival claim must be reported promptly with clear photos, bag condition, box condition, and arrival details. Claims are reviewed according to the agreed shipment terms and handling requirements.
