Betta pallifina is a Bornean betta associated with forested headwaters of the upper Barito basin. Species accounts identify paternal mouthbrooding, but this 3-4 cm pair offer does not guarantee maturity, pair compatibility or a spawning result. Exact lot collecting locality is unspecified.
