Zebra Snail

Zebra refers to the commercial pattern label, while the catalogue's Vitta snail wording does not identify a complete species. Similar striped nerites are traded under different names; this offer makes no automatic assignment to a particular Vittina species, exact band count or breeding salinity. Confirm the actual lot's appearance and water conditions before receipt.

Provide an established, filtered aquarium with grazing surfaces and suitable snail foods. Confirm the measured holding-water conditions and established diet of this lot before receipt; acclimate gradually and monitor feeding. Do not assume that a lake or river reference supplies a universal temperature, pH or salinity target. Avoid copper treatments and predatory tankmates.
