Original import observations describe scalare from the Rio Xingu with pointed snouts. That historical reference does not certify the collecting locality or a diagnostic adult profile of the present breeder lot. This offer retains separate 3 cm and 4 cm Body Only grades without selected sex.
For commercial freshwater angelfish, the supplier care sheet gives 25-29 C and pH 6.5-7.0. Prepare mature filtered housing with tall planting, open swimming room, gentle flow and adequate vertical clearance for adult fins. Feed varied appropriately sized prepared and live or frozen foods. Small fish may be prey and breeding pairs can defend territory; confirm the breeder regimen for this line.
