Banjo Catfish

Aspredinidae sp. preserves the supplier identification without treating the common name as a confirmed Bunocephalus or another nominal species. The 5-10 cm wild-caught grade does not establish adult size, exact origin, sex composition or a particular colour pattern. Buyers should retain the family-level label until the lot identity is clarified.

Prepare stable, mature filtered accommodation, confirm the supplier measured holding water and accepted foods, and monitor condition and feeding after transfer. Provide suitable bottom shelters and feeding access without competition. Obtain the actual species or established husbandry regime before selecting long-term housing, substrate, temperature and water chemistry. Species-specific diet, compatibility and numerical care are not assigned from a different fish sold under the Banjo trade name.
