The original account describes females with a dark lateral stripe ending at a tail-base spot and males with extended first-dorsal rays. Fish were observed scraping algae from rocks in clear stream pools. The wild 3-4 cm lot is not stated to contain a selected sex, and the resemblance of females does not change the accepted species name.
Prepare mature filtered receiving accommodation with established rock surfaces and resting refuge, and confirm the foods and holding-water measurements used for this lot. Check grazing and feeding after transfer. A natural stream temperature observation is not presented as a complete aquarium range, and the larval marine phase is not an adult salt requirement.
MBI-GOB-029 (3 cm - 4 cm): 50 fish per bag; maximum 8 bags per box.
MBI-GOB-029: minimum 50 individual fish. Prices are per individual fish. Existing quotation and business terms govern shipment arrangements.
