Xiphophorus aquarium varieties have a history of selective breeding and interspecific crossing; this line's exact ancestry is not certified by the catalogue. The offered grade does not guarantee sex composition, mature colour coverage or final fin proportions.
Commercial platy reference guidance gives 17-27 C and pH 7-8, with hardness of 4-12 dGH. Provide mature filtration, planted shelter, open swimming space and appropriately sized varied foods with plant content. Obtain line water measurements and sex composition before receiving; plan for livebearing reproduction and observe compatibility.
