Melanotaenia parkinsoni is a Papua New Guinean rainbowfish. Reference adult males have orange or yellow patches toward the rear of the body and dark-edged fins; females are less strongly coloured. This unsexed tank-bred listing has separate 5 cm and 6 cm offers, without a promised adult colour pattern.
Prepare established filtered housing with room for adult rainbowfish and confirm the breeder's measured holding water, accepted feed and group arrangement before transfer. Published field temperatures and pH are habitat observations, rather than a complete aquarium-care range for this lot.
