Petricola is endemic to Lake Tanganyika. Current taxonomy includes the fish formerly called lucipinnis within the same species, rather than separating them by a supposed fixed pore difference. Cuckoo is the supplier common name, not a guarantee of brood-parasitic breeding behaviour. This tank-bred 2.5-3 cm lot leaves sex composition and breeder population unspecified.
Species reference guidance gives 24-28 C and pH 7.5-8.5. Keep at least four, with rock caves, open swimming space and subdued light. Offer varied suitably sized sinking, live or frozen foods and plant-based items. Avoid companions small enough to be eaten and confirm the breeder holding regimen before transfer.
MBI-CAT-057 (2.5 cm - 3 cm): 50 fish per bag; maximum 8 bags per box.
Order minimum: MBI-CAT-057: 50 individual fish. Price is per individual fish. Existing quotation and business terms govern shipment arrangements.
