Poeciloptera is the accepted spelling, although older accounts often use poecilopterus. Its reference range includes the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Java and Borneo. This wild-caught offer leaves the river and sex composition unspecified. A 17 cm published standard-length record excludes the tail and is not used as a measured total-length ceiling for the offered grade.
Obtain the measured holding water from the supplier, accepted foods and adult housing requirements before receiving. Prepare mature filtered accommodation with sheltered bottom areas and room appropriate to the verified fish. Monitor food access and intake.
