Yasuhikotakia modesta is the accepted name for the Blue Botia listed as Botia modesta. It is a river-dwelling botiid from mainland Southeast Asia, with different colour forms in trade. This wild-caught 4-5 cm offer does not certify a particular collection locality, sex or colour-treatment history.
Species reference guidance gives 23-28 C and pH 6.0-8.0. Use mature, well-oxygenated filtration, smooth refuges and a secure lid. Keep at least five or six conspecifics and allow for much greater adult space; avoid slow or long-finned companions because aggression and fin-nipping can occur. Offer varied sinking prepared, live or frozen foods and plant foods, and verify the holding regimen before transfer.

Order minimum: MBI-LOA-004: 30 individual fish. Price is per individual fish. Existing quotation and business terms govern shipment arrangements.
