Gastromyzon scitulus is a spotted hillstream loach from southern Sarawak. Typical reference fish have pale body spots, blue streaking in the caudal fin and little or no blue in the dorsal fin. Some forms overlap with ctenocephalus, so colour alone is not a complete diagnostic character. This wild-caught All Size offer specifies neither sex nor a fixed size range.
Reference care gives 20-24 C and pH 6.0-7.5. Provide mature, strongly oxygenated flowing water, smooth rocks with algae and biofilm, and a secure cover. Maintain several feeding territories for a group of at least four, avoiding large aggressive companions. Confirm accepted supplementary foods and measured holding water; avoid excessive protein.
MBI-LOA-025 (All Size): 50 fish per bag; maximum 8 bags per box.
Order minimum: MBI-LOA-025: 100 individual fish. Price is per individual fish. Existing quotation and business terms govern shipment arrangements.
