Axelrodi Rainbowfish

Chilatherina axelrodi is associated with Yungkiri Stream in the Pual River system of Papua New Guinea. The original revision distinguishes its shorter head and snout and pronounced dark bars along the lower flank from related Chilatherina. This wild-caught offer is graded 7-8 cm, without a stated sex selection or exact collection site.

Prepare mature filtered housing with sheltered margins and adequate open swimming space. Obtain collection details, holding-water measurements, adult group requirements and suitable diet guidance before transfer. The original stream measurements are habitat observations rather than established aquarium limits.
